what's the best way to plan a wedding?

I guess you could say I'm a little less... intense than your average wedding planner. 
I'm not here to make it all about me. I truly believe that planning your wedding should be a lovely, wholesome experience that fills your cup right up. 
I understand that you're going to want to have plenty of say in how your day goes (and, believe it or not, we know you're not like every other couple!) so I won't dictate to you how things need to be. This is wedding planning that's led by you. Super relaxed, lots of fun, but meticulously crafted by us.

I'm not going to say "I'll be your new bestie", but I am frequently told by my couples that working with me feels like working with a friend. Call on us when you need us, braindump and unload, meet for a brew and hash out some ideas. Hand over all the tasks you want us to take care of - heck, we'll do it all if you like! But always checking in with you and making sure everyone is happy.

We want you to plan your day on your own terms, but never on your own!

We don't have your typical wedding packages here. We prefer to let you cherry-pick exactly what you need, so that you get exactly the right support where you need it most (and it helps you stay on top of your budget, too!). We can help you build something that better suits you.

My job is to bring all the wedding inspo and present you with the  options. I have a full planning and supplier guide you can use if you need me to show you the ropes!

Together we'll figure out what you really want and how you can get it. Our focus will always be on creating a wedding that's personal, intentional and impactful, and that prioritises all the things that matter most to you. We happen to think it should be a lot of fun too! No pressure. No performances. And not just what everyone says it should be. A celebration that suits you both down to the ground.

but you're worried about what comes next...

I'll guide you through the months leading up to your wedding to
ensure you have everything under control.

I can hold consultations* with you to cast an eye over your progress. I can do wedding admin/answer emails/check in with your suppliers, and I can go out and find any other bits and pieces that you think of along the way.

Admin tasks can include:
Table plans, spreadsheets & RSVPs
Liaising with your suppliers
Working out logistics, timings and finalising plans

Whatever you need, I got you!

I'll work with you to decide how much or how little you need from me, and ​the best ways I can support you.

*consultations usually involve coffee, brunch, and/or cake. All three, if possible.

You want to make sure the big day goes without a hitch, but you also don't want to be run ragged. Let me help you!

The most important thing to remember is that your wedding day is all about you, so let's make sure it stays that way.

I've spent more than ten years managing weddings and events, so I know how to ensure everything goes smoothly. ​I can help with last bits of setup, see your suppliers in and out, and I'll keep everything right on schedule. I'll ensure you and your guests are having the best day possible - but I promise I'll never impose!

In fact, I often get asked how I know the bride and groom as people assume I'm a friend or a guest. Although, why anyone thinks I'd turn up to a wedding ​with a bumbag I'm not quite sure...

Whether you're booked in with us or going it alone, if you find you've hit a brick wall and you'd like an hour or two just to pick our brains, you can book in a little planning session and we'll get you right back on track! I genuinely believe the best plans are made when we're swimming in coffee, tucking into cakes and bouncing ideas off one another. So meet us where and when it suits you, and coffee/brunch/lunch is on us!
